"Room was clean but never left enough bath towels so constantly had to call for towels . Front desk staff and some were were just not friendly . Some of the waitress were nice and happy and the entertainment guys were the best. They are the ones who made experience fun"

"Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (12 and 7) on their spring break. . Easy check in and check out. Property had a nice layout and was easy to get around by foot. Buffet service as expected (omelette station, fruits). Was hoping for more local cuisine. Restaurants were hit or miss (japanese, italian, american). Fitness center had enough space and adequate equipment, Was never too crowded. Pools were always crowded. Lazy river was great for the kids. We mostly spent our days at the beach. On the side of the main beach was a lagoon where the waves were calm and the water was clear and warm. Not sure if it’s officially part of the property, but everyone went there for a dip. Nightly shows were entertaining (fire show, acrobats, Michael Jackson tribute). Shout out to Luis and Domingo at the beach bar. Also shout out to our concierge, Jose Miguel Jimenez took excellent care of all of our needs (dinner reservations, hotel room needs, luggage checkout), even on his day off. Was very convenient staying connected with him throughout our stay and he made sure all of our needs were being satisfied. "

"The staff was spectacular. The animation incredible especially Yailin la mas viral & Maria. They definitely made this experience worth the while. Beautiful beach & so many pools. Loved the children’s area which I plan to come back for with my child. This is my second time here & I am so excited to come back very soon. Thank you everyone!!"

"I absolutely had a great experience overall staying at this hotel. My room was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in! Absolutely felt at home and comfortable. The food and pool were great. The drinks from any of the bars were top-notch! Bartenders and servers were very friendly! So much fun, and we do plan to go back if we never have to deal with one person ever again. The salesperson who sat us down was an absolute waste of our time. He was extremely condescending and one of the worst salespeople I've ever dealt with, especially on vacation when everything else was so good.
