"Great property and service. Kind staff and super helpful - all good for families but I would say that there was a problem with check in because the booking that I thought included my two teenagers put them at under 1. I had an absolutely terrible time getting in to Expedia to add to guests and modify my booking. So it took us an hour and a half sitting in the heat not enjoying the all-inclusive to get my two kids to then book and pay much more for them to get into the resort.
It was supposed to be very easy, check-in, easy vacation and it was very frustrating so we really had to regroup. I couldn’t get a hold of Expedia and that was terrible for us as a family. I’d like to know what we could’ve done differently and who we could’ve reached to help us. The Toll-free numbers don’t work from Mexico and there is no help on the other end."

"I thought felt that the staff is what made this resort a hit. Ivan at the swim up bar, Marcos at the breakfast buffet, ximena at the cevicheria, Pablo at the Asian restaurant, Ricardo at the activities booth, all went above and beyond. Resort was clean, my room was also stocked with drinks and clean, all in all a great experience. "

"I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The food was good, the service was good. My only thing we paid for ocean view king rooms and we did not receive that; my view was of the roof top restaurant and my daughters room view was of a wall. I will stay here again next year but hopefully we will get our ocean views that we will pay for. "
