Great hotel, everything was amazing and great location. The only complaint is that the pool was closed for renovations and the rooftop was disorganized but nowhere was that ever mentioned nor advertised which was very disapointing!

For the price, the food was excellent. Spend the money for all inclusive packages. It is a very quiet hotel, it is really for couples and not a lot of activities on site. All say, it was a good stay.

I absolutely lived staying at The Reef! The staff are really friendly and sweet, and the rooms and all common areas are immaculate. The food was also really good and worth the all inclusive add on. The rooftop is beautiful and they have a great menu up there too. The hotel is located right in the heart of pdc, just minutes to wall anywhere you would want to go: beach, clubs, bars, shopping, restaurants. You’ll never need an uber! We loved our time here and will definitely come back!

Second time staying here, really enjoy this place. The food and drinks are great, it is nice to not have plated meals rather than buffet. It seems like they reduced the menu a bit and less "premium" drinks are included since the last time I stayed here, that being said they are still very good. Staff is friendly, they let us check in early no charge, rooftop pool is awesome, with good music. Gym isn't the best and could probably use a refresh, but still enough to get a good pump on. Overall great stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt valued as a guest. This resort was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We ended up missing the shuttle to one of their sister properties and they called a taxi for us. The roof is beautiful and the public beach is right around the corner if you want to go there. Their sister properties have private beach access which is nice, I believe it is $15 USD for a day pass. The only thing I would say is they don’t have too many food options, but the location is right downtown so you can go off property for cheap but delicious eats. Would stay here again!
