The hotel/condo was great. We had a two bedrooms and two bathroom room and enjoyed how spacious it was. Everything was very clean and the check in process was easy and fast. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The AC worked really well and keep every room cool. The pool was nice but a bit small.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were very kind and went above and beyond to attend to any of our questions or needs. The exterior was absolutely stunning and the interior was just as beautiful! The rooms were very spacious and more than enough for three people to live in comfortably. In addition, the location was perfect, as everything that we wanted to explore was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value.

This hotel is just off the busy and lively quinta avenida however the room was very quiet. I booked a penthouse suite with 3 bedrooms and even within our own unit, we didn’t hear the noise from the other family who was staying on the bottom floor. The rooftop Jacuzzi helped us relax at the end of a long travel day. The staff were kind amd the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Great location. Attentive staff Comfortable accommodation for our group of 5 This is not a beach front hotel and no pool to speak of Only small hot tub. But if you a comfortable stay close to everything , it’s a good choice.

It is centrally located. Gym was awesome. We were in one of the penthouses, the pics and descriptions were accurate with the exception of the terrace , as it’s not on the same level. BBQ didn’t work which was very unfortunate. Property is dated but the staff were lovely and it’s off the noisy 5th, however there were nights you could hear the dance music until 3am. Felt super safe the entire time.
