The jacuzzi wasn’t too clean the water. Everything else was good the activities were fun. The food was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vivid. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our trip. The food and drinks were great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Overall good, I went during the World-cup soccer season. Beach view was not that great d/t seaweeds but I pick the season - my luck, they were cleaning all the sea weeds w machines. great pool area, Room service was great. Hotel area has better ocean view and more A/C area but good to experience. This area has better Tacos > Hotel Zone. Loss of ocean view, gain of great Tacos!

We enjoyed everything about this resort… from the Tim we stepped on the property until we had to leave. Food was delicious and even though a few of the restaurants were closed, they more than made up for it. Roberto at the pool was amazing, so cheerful and happy. He was so tentative and we never had to wait for anything. Mr P was very helpful as was. Everyone was fantastic,… can’t wait to return and we will!
