"Our 2nd visit to the Viking. Love the location, with our sea view room perfect. The food was excellent and the staff were so so nice. Great cabaret on Saturday night. One downside (?) (in our modern age) was the lack of plug sockets or USB ports in the rooms for charging phones etc."

"We had a fabulous weekend, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was utterly amazing, hot food absolutely delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. There's a few marks and scuffs around the place but for what you pay it's incredible value for money. We will absolutely be returning! Only negative for me was there was only a bath, not ideal for washing your hair. A quick trip to Sainsbury for a jug solved that problem."
