Lovely and clean Super friendly staff Can’t fault it Near everything

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Excellent place to stay in Liverpool. Our second time back and the hotel always exceeded our expectations.

The property was well kept, spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location if you want to be where all the night life is going on. Obviously very noisy as your sounded by great pubs clubs and amazing atmosphere.This did not bother us and still managed to get off to sleep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Amazing value for money. Was able to check in early which was a huge bonus. Room very clean. Large room. Overlooking the Echo arena and wheel. Perfect location. Discounted parking. Great selection of breakfast, constantly being refilled.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match.

I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates! Loved that this hotel was a central location to everything that i wanted to do while i was on my visit. Staff were amazing rooms were fantastic bonus of having adjoining doors between rooms with my sisters so were able to all conversate and get dressed for night out without having to leave room to go to another. Will definetly use this hotel on my next visit in july.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.
