"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We came to London so I could run the London Marathon. This apartment is absolutely perfect and beautiful. "The hotel staff were pleasant and the location perfect for our trip itinerary. The room was clean other than a foul smell coming from the shower cosmetics, specifically brown gunk coming from the conditioner bottle that smelled unsanitary. I would however be willing to stay in the hotel again."

"No air conditioning, only small fans. I visited during a heat wave which was very unpleasant. Shared bathrooms didn't have any way to dry your hands. Outlets had very poor power output. Got catcalled in the small park right outside and there was trash piled up along the other buildings in the area. It is an older building, so very tight spaces and steep stairs."

"We stayed at Park Grand Paddington Court and unfortunately did not have an enjoyable experience. The room accommodations were subpar, and communication from the hotel was extremely disappointing. Prior to our stay, I made several attempts to upgrade our room, including speaking directly with a member of the front desk staff and sending an email that went unanswered. Upon arrival, I was told there was no record of any of my requests. The first night was particularly uncomfortable, as my 12-year-old daughter and I were expected to share a "twin" bed that was closer in size to a cot. We were able to upgrade the room after the first night, which improved the situation somewhat, but it did not make up for the poor start to our stay. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely small, with very little storage space for clothing and personal items. Breakfast was available for an additional fee, but after trying it once, we chose not to return. One of the amenities advertised online was a bar area, complete with photos. However, throughout our stay it was never staffed, and the shelves were completely empty. This was disappointing and misleading. The staff were generally unfriendly, and nearly every time I visited the front desk there appeared to be another guest dealing with a problem or complaint. Additionally, there are numerous stairs to navigate before even reaching the lifts, which may be difficult for guests with mobility co"
