"This is an absolutely amazing place. Everything was wonderful. The club is worth it and the swim up room was also. With the club you get butler service. Tete was amazing and made our stay special. She was our butler. Cauich and Angel took care of everything that we needed at the beach, including helping us get amazing drinks and a wonderful spot on the beach. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend! You cannot go wrong! "

"This resort was so clean so new the check in time was very long and I had to ask about checking in because it was taking a while, we got to the hotel around 4 pm and didn’t get to the room till around 6 pm. So yes check in drags, after they give you your room, they have another person talk to you to sell you extra things and commit to other things, feels a little force and that’s one of the things I didn’t like, so be ready to say no with a firm tone!
After that everything went very smooth the other thing it’s that we paid for preferred and the service at the preferred poor and preferred beach side took forever actually we didn’t even find the person to place an order at the preferred beach side, but we wanted a specific room so we were kinda forced into buying preferred.
The room was fantastic and felt new. The concierge was extremely nice very attentive and the restaurants were very nice the food was very good too I highly recommend this place for couples getaway it’s perfect "
