"We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed the experience. The pool, beach, drinks, rooms, and overall atmosphere were fantastic and made for a very relaxing trip. A special shoutout to the amazing staff who made our stay even better. The entertainment group Alain, Miguel, Luis, Gilberto, and Alexia were incredibly friendly, energetic, and made every activity fun. Bianca was an excellent waiter who was always attentive and welcoming. The pool bar bartenders Samuel and Ismael were also fantastic, always serving great drinks with a smile and creating a fun atmosphere around the pool. One critique I would mention is that I wish the buffet was open every day for either lunch or dinner, and that all of the restaurants were open daily so guests do not miss out on some of the dining experiences. The Excellence app is also not very user friendly and could be improved. Overall, everything else was great. The pool, beach, drinks, rooms, and the service from the staff made the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Yes - there is some distance to the ocean, but you can see it. We had a beautiful room close to the beach. Our room was ground level, so obviously not the sweeping views you would get being higher up."

"Excellent resort, covers all the bases. Large family area with Lazy river & kids pool. Adult pool with entertainment each day - including foam party. Star class Pool for a more sedate pace. Beach that goes on for 2 miles each way. Great way to walk off the Cocktails from the night before. 11 restaurants - tried them all. Mexican was average - the rest were excellent with unique features. Indian surprisingly good for a resort, Braza excellent for meat lovers. Teppanyaki is very good & the chef's put on a great show. The buffet had more than enough choice & it was always easy to grab a table. The resort is well spread out so never feels too crowded, perhaps the Pools are busy (bed wars!) The entertainment was quality - Avatar show was different level to other resorts. Staff are all hard working & friendly, give them a tip, they deserve it. If I came back to Mexico , I would choose Plant Hollywood."

"It’s not fully Ocean view room , some time tower is not clean and cup has others lipstick on. Restaurant always tastes different even you order same thing at same restaurant. Staff - most are friendly, sweat corner staff always not have smile - seem not like this job may be too busy. "

"The pool was fine. The resort was brand new but had some issues. Paint spots on the floor, loose toilet paper dispenser and few loose tiles throughout the resort. On the other hand the staff was amazing. Gabriela, our butler went above and beyond. Although the sports bar was usually pretty busy Omar the bartender had a new drink ready the moment mine was empty. Everly at the privilege restaurant was also super sweet and attentive. "
