The riad itself was lovely! Friendly staff, beautifully decorated, and peacefully quiet.
We stayed in one of the suits - plenty big enough for 3 people, and cleaned daily, however the lighting was very poor and meant getting ready in the near dark at night! The pool was a perfect accompaniment for time spent sunbathing and relaxing on the terrace, and there was always enough seats!
However, this was somewhat spoilt by the location... Whilst being an easy and short walk to the main square (15mins) as a group of 3 female travellers there wasn't a trip there or back where we didn't feel threatened. The constant harassment, stares, comments we experienced in the area was extrememly unsettling. We even got followed back to the riad one evening by a group of boys who insisted on convincing us we were lost and found another on the roof of the riad watching us sunbathing! Attempting to (unsucceffully) hide himself.
Again, the room and hotel itself, staff and service, was excellent, though I feel any young female travellers should be aware that the harassment on the streets leading to the main square doesn't make for a relaxing stress free holiday experience!

Lovely short stay at this hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The centre location was perfect within the market square, walk away from all amenities. Basic Breakfast with cooked meals on request which was nice. Will definitely come back here
We've travelled all over the world and don't think we've found such friendly staff. We felt part of a family. Excellent value. Perfectly located for us as a couple. Walking distance of most places we visited. Plenty of taxis and horse drawn carriages on your doorstep. 15 minutes taxi drive from the airport.
Do see the beautiful Yve St.Laurent's Jardin Marjorelle.
Marrakesh is manic but brilliant. Would be difficult with young children.
We loved the street food, particularly next door and also the Kashbar Restaurant/Cafe a few doors away.
Embrace and enjoy the whole experience.
This riad is in a great location within the Medina. The room was incredibly clean and the A/C worked very well. The room was on the ground floor but was very quiet and comfortable. Airport transfer very smooth. I'd definitely stay at this riad again in the future.
