Riad Hannah is perfect for anyone looking to just have somewhere to sleep, it isn't luxury, you get what you pay for. The room i stayed in had bad smell from drain, there's no door (curtain only) to bathroom, which is more like a tiny wet room. Room are clean everyday, staff are friendly, which makes it even more worthwhile staying at this Riad.
The owner arrange my 3 days 2 night trip to Merzouga Desert, staff help me order food in, i was ask everyday if i need help tour around Marrakech, i like the challenge of finding my way round, Marrakech is easy to navigate around, if this isn't your thing, i suggest you take on the tour or prepared to pay a guide.
I wouldn't recommend family with small children staying here as there sometimes can be a bit rowdy if there's group staying.
Wifi only works at the dining and sitting room. IF you only looking for somewhere to sleep and not spend as much time at Riad, then book this place, if you looking for luxury then look elsewhere.
The entire stay was excellent. The staff members are always looking forward to greet you with a big smile and make your stay excellent. I would like to thank everyone for their hospitality especially to our driver/ guide ( by his nickname Jaguar from Sahara). Also everyone that we came across during our stay. The food was amazing on all the occasions. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean.
Thank you very much for the receipies that your waiter/ chef ( sorry for not remembering his name) gave us and also for his friendliness.
All of us had an amaizing weekend thanks to you.

Lovely short stay at this hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The centre location was perfect within the market square, walk away from all amenities. Basic Breakfast with cooked meals on request which was nice. Will definitely come back here
Good location accessible by car . We ate in for some evening meals @ 15Euros pp for a lovely tagine with starter and dessert. The hotel prices everything in euros so take plenty to cover your extras. They were very reluctant to accept visa. We loved the hammam and massage - a real treat . Bed linen and room clean but pillows thin.

We stayed here for 1 week, it is within walking distance of quite a lot of the sights, about 10mins. amble to the souks and main square. About 15 mins. by taxi from the airport.Didn't use taxis much otherwise, but if using them make sure they start the meter or agree a price beforehand. The Riad is not easy to see from the street being up a small passage, once inside it is very welcoming, the staff are helpful and speak some English. Khaloud on reception speaks good English, so we never had any problems. The bend in our room was a bit on the hard side but o.k. The sun terrace was fine with seating in the shade as well as beds in the sun, there were also tables and chairs. The small pool is on the ground floor through the dining area. There food was excellent, as were the local restaurants. Most of the rooms are up flights of stairs somme up two flights, there is one room on the ground floor
