This is my first experience with a Four Seasons Property. I vacationed with my daughter and stayed at this hotel from
08/28-09/01/2015. The service is flawless. The hotel staff made us feel so at home and all our needs were satisfied
to our standards. My daughter got so sick on our third night because she had too much to drink. I called the front desk
that night around 2:30 am and requested him to get some medicine for my daughter. He immediately called a cab
driver who searched around for an open pharmacy. The driver had to drive around to search for one and the medicine
I requested was delivered to my room in due time. I give all my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Abdelaziz at the
front desk that night, I think that's his name for all he did for me and my daughter. The waiters in all the restaurants
as well the staff at the pool were excellent. On our 4th day of stay and my daughter was still sick at that time, I took
her to the restaurant at the pool area and the waiter noticed my daughter not looking well and he gave her a cup of
chamomille tea and a bucket of iced water with cold towels. He was so concerned with my daughter's condition
that he thought right away what he can do to feel her comfortable. I have never experienced such kind of care and
attention in any of the hotels that I have stayed in the past. The staff at the spa were wonderful. What an experience it was for me and my daughter having our first hammam! Thanks to the valet people in front

The Hotel is few meters away from Louis Vuitton Shop , and around 10 min walking from Jamaa Al faan Yard and shopping center. la table du marche restaurant is serving delicious food. the breakfast is nice , with super Cafe late . room is fair for 2 adults . SPA services are not to be missed. Pool is ok , wish it was bigger .nice restaurants in the area , dont bother your self and go to far away restaurants .
This was a great hotel. Close enough to the centre (11 minute walk to the central square) but without the chaos. It had a great pool, good (but pricey) food, and lots of little extras such as pool table, giant chess set and ping pong table. We didn't get breakfast included and they wanted to charge us the equivalent of £32/day (for both of us)! Alternatively you could go across the road and get a breakfast in the (smokey) Extrablatt cafe for £7! Beware of the dodgy blokes who follow you from the hotel and try and get you to see carpets... The rooms are traditional in the imperial palais but contemporary on the spa side...
When we first arrived the concierge was somewhat unhelpful and as a consequence it really tainted my initial impression. I will say that the mountain view was also a lie and when I went to change rooms the reception staff were surprised there was an option of a mountain view!
Myself and friends recently stayed at the Es saadi for my hen week. The photographs on the expedia website are of the sister hotel the Es Saadi Palace not the hotel. The hotel is a reasonable standard, clean and has a French colonial charm. The staff were mostly helpful. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the price to stay. The pool is small but fine. The a La carte restaurant was nice but as expected expensive. For great authentic Moroccan food at reasonable prices in beautiful surroundings I would recommend a visit to The Red House nearby. A brilliant experience overall.
Stayed here for a weekend. Hotel in the best part of Marrakech, lovely area. Great location near to good bars restaurants & clubs. Lovely rooftop bars nearby and the Casino & a shopping mall. Only 10 mins to the Medina, 20 mins to Nikki Beach & Beautiful Bo & Xin restaurant, staff very pleasant. Service is slow but I think that applies to Marrakech as a whole not just this hotel. The bar in the hotel was the best in Marrakech! Would definitely stay here again! Ignore all negative reviews

"Lovely hotel close to the medina and night market"
Nice hotel cleanliness is 10 out 10. Bedroom lighting could be better only bathroom light is nice and bright. Staff is all friendly and welcoming. Defintely recommend it. The restuarant food in the hotel is pricey and the breakfast is said to be continental but they dont do toast, beans or even hashbrowns. Too much bakery food such as crossianst and patissery and 80 %coĺd food and 20% hot food. Breakfast could be better. Outside restaurants are cheaper than hotel food defo.
After a lot of time looking for the right Hotel we where fairly happy with this Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception area and general areas of the hotel where well kept and clean and the swimming pool was a good size and very nice. You can hear the traffic as you sit by the pool but not to bad.
The room was very basic. We booked a deluxe room and I am not convinced we where given the right room. If we where then its a good job we paid the extra as the other rooms must be very basic. The other problem we had is our room faced the Shopping Mall which was handy to pop in and buy extra drinks etc but it played vary load music until 11pm and had very bright lights which shone in our room. Also the WIFI kept cutting in and out and on the last day did not work at all.
The breakfast was really nice with a lot of choice although very slow to bring coffee, bar was nice and generally an all round good hotel within walking distance to the Madina which was about 15 minutes by foot.
Near central Marrakech, the Hivernage section of the city is the site where many luxury villas were built during the French protectorate. Also in the area are the Menara Gardens, surrounding a large man-made lake and popular with both locals and visitors. The gardens feature several orchards of palm, olive, and fruit trees and offer an oasis from Morocco's desert heat.
