Quiet and clean as I you are living in a garden Yet they should work more to get rid of the huge numbers of ants that even live inside the fridge

The hotel entrance and reception are dripping in opulence, stuff professionally attired. Very clean and welcoming with a pleasant atmosphere. The resort is rated 5 star but I would say.this is a slight exaggeraton and should be reclassified as a 4 stary reasoning for this is there has obviously been no expense spared on the grounds and front end of the resort including facilities ie spa and sports centre, reception area and the numerous lounging ares, but my reasoning for the reclassification from a 5 star to a 4 is solely solely on the rooms guest stay in, they are just basic nothing exceptional in my humbled opinion. I think the luxurious attention to detail should also extend to the rooms as well. I personally felt that the rooms alone have let down the 5 star rating that this otherwise exquisit resort would have received from me and my husband. Also a very small patio area with two chairs and a small basic table again very average and not what you would expect from a 5 star resort.

Hotel was in a good location away from the noise and was not far from any activities. You pay a couple of pounds to get to the centre. The only bad thing I have to say was that the toilet was broken in our suite. Other than that, great hotel, great people, great country.

We were given a Suite for 4 people, 2 Adults and 2 Children. The master bedroom led to the children then followed to split into a toilet and a bathroom with a tub and basin with another shower cubical. The master room had the only air condtioner which ment we had to adjuct the childrens bed into our room because it was very hot. We visited in August which is the peak of their summer. The room had a skyline directly over the room light shade which became annoying because i'm not an morning person. the room lacked a mini fridge.

Myself and my Wife are sorprice about de excellent of all the sevice in this hotel . The Atmosphere of sevice culture is something that we are not fine in other hotel in the Word But for us is unique opportunity to observe the excellent of the Marroc designer

After reading the mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with our 5 day stay. Many of the staff spoke English, the rooms and hotel in general were very clean throughout. It was a little quieter than previous AI trips that we have had, but very enjoyable. Keep up the great work.

Great place for a short break,shame the bar didn't stay open pass 11 pm for all inclusive
