Very nice, clean and peaceful Riad. The room was very spacious. It had air conditioning in it which helped to cool the room when it was warm. The continental breakfast was nice also. The hosts were very professional and polite during our stay. They let us leave our luggage there on our last day when our flight was at 10pm. The shuttle service they arranged was on time and very professional.

We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing lacking was a gym. That said, highly recommeded.

The Riad was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for during our week in Marrakech. The Nashira suite was not big enough for our family of four, and unfortunately all other rooms were booked. The suite was also not very clean- the carpets had a strange smell to them. The staff were amazing and would be the only reason I would consider returning.

The riad is really nice and muhammed and Younis are very helpful, met us at the end of the road as taxi wont go to the riad due to narrow road and they helped with the luggage. They were very kind and gave us a map and told us about the area and where everything is. The riad is very clean, breakfast is quite good. The area the riad is a bit secluded and someone like me who has very little sense of direction could end up getting lost.

Building interior is beautiful but poorly maintained, dirty, run down. No or inadequate AC in public areas. AC in rooms is inadequate. Staff is unhelpful. They don't know anything. Lots of food at breakfast, good ingredients but poorly prepared. Coffee machines don't always work. Coffee is sweetened automatically, can't get unsweetened coffee. Taxis to Medina and back charge different amounts, drivers don't speak English or French
