We really enjoyed our experience in this riad for 4 nights. Hanan was lovely and prepared breakfast for us every day and even took care of our laundry and cleaned all the rooms and showers every day. The location was a 6-7 min walk from the main square which was great. While the walk felt a little shady the first night, all the riads are in narrow lanes.
We enjoyed the hot tub and terrace. Only thing is that in Moroccan style some of the showers have no glass doors , so you need to be careful of that. Towels could have been slightly better quality given that it is a 4 star.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and made our Marrakech trip extremely memorable. The kids said the riad was the best part of the trip.

Breakfast is abundant and fresh, and varies from day to day. Tea/ coffee is available all day.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the international hospital for an emergency, the staff not only arranged transportation but also assisted and accompanied through the entire process.

Overall we were quite disappointed in this hotel. It carries the "Savoy" name but is considerably rough around the edges.
One of the four hotel buildings is actually an incomplete building site. The finishings in the rooms are of a quite sub-standard (poor tile grouting, marble still have writing on it from installation, our balcony door would not lock).
The hotel also charges too much for some services, given their quality. For example, the evening buffet cost around £25 per head but the food was overall fairly poor. We only ate there as our flight arrived late. Another example is that the hotel charges £20 per person for 1 hour of hot tub use, even if you have purchased spa treatments. Every other spa I have ever been to would include this for free if you had booked treatments. Cocktails are also exorbitant prices.
The staff were generally very helpful, but no more so than a normal hotel.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!

Clean, warm, and inviting. Bathroom hot water alignment to the right temperature took some time!!
Breakfast can be improved. Coffee was cold to start with and then after asking for "HOT" coffee 2-3 times, we got it warmer....
Overall a good stay for a night. Not close to Souks or any major attraction - so if you want to walk, it will take about 20 minutes to get to Souks and about 30 minutes to Jamal Fna square
