"The staff was amazing ,they advised us to go to Nouba restaurant which was marvelous ( highly recommended) Friendly staff in the bar , also reception. Swimming pool is good. Don’t spend too much time in Casablanca ( two days not more ) More activities can be found in Marrakesh. We are from Norway , USA and Iraq. Black cat used to be with us in the bar her name is Mimi, I wanted to invite her for a meal, I have been told she has been living in the hotel for 5 years and she likes to eat Italian food. "Rooms were clean , neat and big. Ours was pool facing so good view. I know not many of these have pool facing. Hotel staff was cordial. Food was great . Best part was pools were beautiful and well maintained. Aqua park for kids was the highlight of the trip. Hotel is strict about their policies - a bit easy being on this part will make them a truly great hotel as service comes first. However Hotel servicing staff - Restaurant, Bar, poolside they were cordial. All in all Great hotel for families with young kids. Old and traditional Morrocan look."
