"Amazing experience!!! Very different but vibrant culture. A bit confusing getting to the hotel but I adjusted real quickly since there was no big cars allowed in the area. The staff/ employees were very welcoming and helpful for our needs and accommodation. Check in and check our process was very smooth. "

The staff were absolutely delightful - cheerful, friendly, happy, and super helpful. Special shoutout to two staff members Shopihan & Chaymai who went above and beyond! Live entertainment was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. One suggestion for improvement: playing some light/subtle background music during breakfast time could enhance the ambiance and uplift the mood. You can swim in the pool or rest in the sun on the roof and not feel like you are a stones throw away from the busy heart of Marrakesh. The staff are super friendly and helpful. "

Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return."
