Calm Amongst the Chaso

Riad Bliss was a very clean and calm place to rest amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were all very friendly and professional. You’ll be conveniently located to everything in the Medina as well as an easy pick-up point for any excursions. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared in front of me each day!!

Moroccan hospitality in world class!

Had a lovely stay here, everything as described was on point. Intimate and beautifully decorated rooms to make you comfortable. The staff was amazing, they should be working for an elite hotel company. Serviceminded and lovely people. The staff is the Riad here and not opposite. Will be coming back, boys. No doubt about the morroccan hospitality!!

We had a great stay at Bliss Riad. It's perfectly located in the northern Medina and close to a few favourite places such as Le Jardin Secret and Cafe Arabe. Step into the riad and it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Rooms are clean. The rooftop was a really nice place to hang out too, though the pool isn't swimmable at around 12 inches depth. On the whole, staff were kind and helpful. A couple of things could have made the visit even better. Communication with staff wasn't always great. For example, we weren't warned about the building work which was taking place during the final 2 days of the visit, and which was very disruptive at times. Just a simple warning to let us know timings would have been appreciated. Also, staff didn't always communicate between themselves: we ended up being the go between amongst staff who couldn't agree what time to book our airport transfer.

The Riad is very well located, just a few steps from the souks and the nice cafe Árabe. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We just missed a bit the privacy of the bathroom, as it’s opened and busy separated through wood sticks. We loved the massages and hammam. The terrace is beautiful (it lacks a bit of shadow). The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it lacked a bit of diversity (it was every day the same thing)

Great location, great staff and stunning hotel

The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. I had fallen ill one night and the hotel made me fresh squeezed orange juice at midnight to help me get my sugars back up. We would definitely revisit if we go back to Marrakesh, just for the great treatment from the staff. The room was beautiful as well. The rooftop area was serene and peaceful. Location was also great and you enter the souks straight away. The secret garden is also close by, as well as different restaurants.
