"We spent 1 week in Marrakech as a group of 8 friends. Ali and Jannat, the hosts, are extremely lovely people, very hospitable. They were only in the house in the morning to prepare our breakfast, the rest of the day was completely private. We were able to use the riad, which is actually designed for 10 people, for eight people without any other guests after prior enquiry. We would book there again at any time."

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Andalla Spa and would happily return. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. One evening, I wasn’t feeling well and missed dinner. The staff kindly came to my room with tea, soup and sliced oranges. This thoughtful gesture was a moment I will never forget. The Chinese Ritual at the spa was amazing and we also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and the quality of the food. There were so many wonderful moments during our stay that it is difficult to mention them all. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. We look forward to returning to Morocco and staying at Andalla Spa again."

"Wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Riad Karmela, and what really made it special was the incredible staff. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff were constantly helping us with luggage, directions, questions and transport arrangements, always with a smile. What stood out most was how genuine their kindness was. We never felt that we were inconveniencing anyone or asking for too much. Not once did we see even the slightest sign of impatience or irritation. A special mention to Aziz, who went above and beyond for us. Even after we had checked out and travelled to another city, he continued to help with our journey and arranged transport from the train station to our next hotel. He had absolutely no obligation to do this after we had left the riad, so we were genuinely touched by his kindness and the effort he made to ensure we reached our next destination comfortably. We would also like to thank the entire team. Although we may not remember everyone’s names, we certainly remember their smiles, patience and willingness to help. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. Thank you to everyone at Riad Karmela for your warmth, kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciated everything you did for us. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Riad Karmela to anyone visiting Marrakech."

"We felt so comfortable and taken care of here at this beautiful Riad. We had no idea what to expect and in fact when we had to get dropped off a little distance from the Riad in a very hectic and foreign area, we were not sure what to expect. But when we entered the Riad, it was truly like an oasis in the middle of a desert. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Our room, a junior suite was so lovely and perfect. It was very clean and comfortable with hand crafted finishes everywhere. One of my favorite things was breakfast on the rooftop (included) and the Hammam. If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan stay, this is the place. And be sure to ask the owner, Mohammed for a tour of his private museum across the way from the Riad. It’s amazing."

"Our stay at this riad was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is absolutely beautiful, with incredible Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, stunning lighting, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. What made the experience truly special, though, was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The hospitality felt personal rather than rehearsed, and that made a real difference. The live music by the pool was one of the highlights of the weekend. Sitting in such a beautiful setting while listening to the band created one of those travel moments you know you will remember long after the trip is over. The riad was elegant, relaxing, full of character, and easily one of the best parts of our time in Marrakech. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. This is not a five-star review. It is a six-star review trapped inside a five-star system."

"This was without a doubt the absolute best hotel we’ve ever stayed with! We’ve been to a lot of amazing hotels all over the world and none compare to the service and luxury of Royal Mansour. It is in a world-class all its own. There are too many amazing staff to name because they were all amazing. From the Spa, the riad service, the housekeepers, the restaurant, all the way to the front desk, every single person made us feel special and everyone was so kind. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel. If I had to say something negative it would be that I doubt we will ever find a hotel across the world that is better than Royal Mansour. It is the best! Thank you so much to the entire staff for making my wife’s birthday trip so special and we hope to join you again soon."
