The property was beautiful. Some may say it was at the edge of the Medina, but that is exactly what was so fantastic about it. Close to the road for easy access, near a bunch of very nice and upscale shops, and close to some of the better restaurants in the Medina. Also, very close to two Hammam / Spas and also very close to a public Hammam. The place was immaculate and so beautifully restored and furnished. The breakfast was wonderful as where the staff. Beware that they charge a 5% credit card usage on your bill. That is a bit on the high side, and they waved our fee because I didn't know anything about this practice in Morocco (where they can charge anywhere between 2-5 percent of your total bill if you pay by credit card). Most places (I eventually found out) simply factor this charge into their prices, so they don't have to deal with disgruntled customers.
