We arrived early but they stored our bags whilst we went out for lunch and kept us updated on the readiness of our room. Our bags were helpfully transferred to our room when it was ready. The room itself was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and quirky little things in the room."
