"Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing some renovations , one of which are the elevators. There were only two working elevators and there would be a ridiculously long line every time I wanted to go to my room. Then, of course, the elevators would be full when they were gong down . Everyone was frustrated and complaining . Our room was supposed to come with bathrobes and we asked repeatedly but got nothing. Finally someone from housekeeping told us they no longer had them. "Good size room comfortable beds. Great AC. Free complimemtary bar in room always restocked. Walking distance to tube shopping seeing the sites. Polite helpful staff. Only downside needs more lifts, but this was in progress during our visit. Highly recommend a stay here:)"
