Nice hotel. Excellent pool and rooftop bar. Big bed and comfortable room. Service very good when shower was faulty (fixed in 10 minutes). Parking in front of hotel is limited. Had some problems with lifts not working. Hotel is being run at very high occupancy and sometimes had to que at breakfast for a few minutes. Overall we were happy with the facilities and quality/price. This is a good quality hotel but with a few minor niggles.

From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation. Staff were great. Only down side was room got very hot but there is a fan provided.

Good location - Close to sea and pedestrian areas with cafes and shops

Lovely week at this great hotel. Location is great in La Caleta and far enough away from the very built up resorts. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, food was simple but very fresh and we really enjoyed our stay. As an Expedia VIP, we were treated as a VIP by the hotel which is always nice! We were their two weeks after opening and even though work was going on to finish gardens and not all cafes were open it wasn't an issue and I think it will all be done in the next...

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention! The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

We were on holiday with two elderly parents. The apartments were very clean, spacious, well equipped and had a ceiling fan and kitchen area. The towels are changed daily and rooms cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lifts to rooms and garage basement if required. The swimming pool was nice to cool off in after the heat of the day with plenty of sun beds. R F Astoria is a good base for either self catering or to eat out locally. Trips out, definitely do a...

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.

The hotel is very peaceful, set just inland and on the edge of a high class golf course. The reason it is quiet is that there is nothing close to the hotel apart from the golf course and transfers from the Tenerife South airport take over an hour and cost around the hundred euro mark - a hire car is therefore a must! The staff are superb, all entering into the spirit of the New Year break, with gala dinner etc. Meals and all hotel costs were reasonable and of high quality with both buffet...

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location, recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

Wonderful hotel with brilliant staff in all parts of the hotel - restaurant remembering your drinks order, reception remembering which room you are, blue team remembering your name. All makes a very personal experience. So many quirks to this hotel and there were always sunbeds available around the pools, the no towels on the beds before 10am rule was ideal. It was a very peaceful hotel and it was just the relaxation we needed. There were some great activities by the blue team who were...
