"Hotel was clean. Front desk, restaurant and leisure club staff were all pleasant. Room was spacious. Beds comfy. Huge TV. Was offered late check out which was nice. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were all more than adequate. Location was good we went to Delamere Forrest and Eastham promenade. "The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "
