"We had an excellent stay here. The facilities are great. Only issues are relatively small room relative to the bed in one of the three rooms and a road on the doorstep that has fast vehicles."

"Fantastic place. Perfect for getting out into the hills. "

"Lovely place and accommodates large parties. Plenty of room and good location. Beautiful outdoor space Disappointed on the cleanliness. Lots of dust and a dirty shower mat and shower room"

"Great location, quiet and scenic view. Great communication by the host - happy to help."

"Spotless rooms. Welcoming staff. River view behind the hotel. Good place to travel around allocations. Very close to town centre."

"A unique and beautiful boathouse. Stunning scenery to enjoy from the veranda. Property delivered to an exceptional standard. Fabulous location for the lake, local walks, villages, pubs, and restaurants. We booked for a special occasion, and certainly were not disappointed. Thank you ❤️"

"Nice clean and well located property."

"We had a really nice stay at the cottage. "

"Great cottage, perfect location for a short drive to Keswick and other areas across the north lakes "

"Though bijou, it was well designed and the space was very well used. The outside space was good and lovely to have the hills around, We did have problems using the very modern microwave/grill and cooker - It needed DETAILED WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS! and we would have preferred an ordinary electric kettle. A corkscrew, too would have been useful! But, we enjoyed a wonderful 2 days"

"Lovely little cottage situated on a working farm. Close to Caldbeck village. Very comfortable. We will definitely visit again."

"Highly recommend this place"

"Lovely comfortable cottage in an elevated position with spectacular views."

"The property was perfect for our family, comfortable, clean, kind hosts and beautiful walks from the door (and of course the riverside hot tub). Thank you!"

"We had a great stay and perfect location for exploring.👍"

"Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick."

"Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and park. Great decor and very functional space. It worked well with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We enjoyed our time here. One note is the crosswalk signal is loud if windows are open."
