"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."

"The staff here were absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. We were a group traveling back from a short term mission trip in another country. We encountered a flight change that allowed for a 25 hour layover. This hotel provided everything necessary to make the most of our 25 hours, including a late check out. A gentleman, I believe his name was Chris, went above and beyond to arrange a XL taxi to the airport for us. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity present itself. "

"This a return visit for us. The London Marriott County Hall is a refuge in a busy city and is a joy each time we visit. Be aware that you will not receive membership points when you book outside of Marriott. It would be great if Hotels.com could come to an agreement with Marriott. "

"Great room and breakfast great with plenty of choices. It was extremely hot as it was hottest day at 32 degrees so air conditioning would have been great. Will definitely stay again but at a different time of year. "
