"For a UK hotel, it was very good. We paid A LOT extra to have an amazing room with a view over the Thames and access to the club lounge. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and some toffees in the room which was a really nice touch. Standard of room was as expected. Lounge was also very nice for a UK hotel (always disappointing compared to many abroad). Towels were a bit disappointing - not very fluffy. Bedroom and soft furnishings were comfortable. Overall, had a great stay."

Has free laundry facilities. Staff is super super friendly and helpful. Clients are mostly professional adults, so place is quiet even when it's filled to capacity. Super clean and fully refurbished about 7 years ago, but looks new today."
