Clean, cozy & spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful neighbourhood. Centrally located with good accessibility. Polite and friendly staff. Worth the price.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

We had a great time, the hosts are so so lovely and the room is so spacious and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and it was a fab room to get ready in. The hosts even had an iron to help us with our suit and dress.

Really pleasant place to stay

The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube 20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament. There was a floating bar across the road which was definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked. In. Everything you could need.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

We were so impressed with our hotel. First and foremost ALL staff were extremely genuine, friendly and helpful. We had a swift check-in while drinking a free glass of champagne and eating chocolate brownies!
