Park Plaza London Riverbank

Park Plaza London Riverbank

8/10 Good
"Breakfast was Good. The room was okay but we had to message them every day so they could come clean the room and when they came they don't change the sheets we had to message them repeatedly to change the sheets The room was dusty they clean'd the bathroom twice through out our stay and they didn't clean the mirror. Even after housekeeping came you could see dust on the table .The Gym and health facilities were amazing."

"No air conditioning which is becoming increasingly necessary now. Have to open windows which makes it noisy being on a main road. Small table fan was noisy. Room and bathroom tight space but clean. Overall the hotel was clean. Should add small towels for bathing if using liquid soap."

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

8/10 Good
"We stayed here before Riu took the hotel over and enjoyed the location so stayed again. The hotel is clean and the rooms are great for an overnight stay. There are too many people for the number of lifts, and the breakfast was a bit of a three ring circus but it was clean, efficient and there was a lot of choice. Shame it’s a buffet, à la carte would be so much nicer. Really appreciated the luggage room so we could drop our bag off before check in time."
