"One huge issue I have with this hotel and I have started many times here. The check in/check out process is extremely slow and cumbersome. Guests should not have to wait in line for as long as they do. There is massive room for improvement. It reminds me of the queue in LIDL. Hope the management take note."

8/10 Good
"I’ve stayed here several times over the years because it is so convenient for Terminal 5. The check in was friendly and efficient. The rooms are good with very comfortable beds although my room looked a bit worn but still a great room and bathroom. The only negatives were that the service for drinks and dinner was very slow and poor in the Sphere bar, it felt like it was understaffed as the staff who were there were very busy and secondly there was a large event on and the bedroom was not sound proofed enough to drown out the sounds of cheering and partying. Otherwise a comfortable stay and I would stay again."

"The hotel location is perfect. Sits adjacent to the tower bridge and many other attractions are at a walkable distance. The rooms could definitely use some renovations, furniture was outdated and needs a refresh. I would stay at this property again."
