This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. We had a great time, the hosts are so so lovely and the room is so spacious and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and it was a fab room to get ready in. The hosts even had an iron to help us with our suit and dress.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube 20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament. There was a floating bar across the road which was definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked. In. Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!
