"It was a lovely one night stay. Good location and parking. A 20 minutes walk to Lake Bowness and good bus routes to Ambleside and Grasmere."

"For the price not what we were expecting, much smaller than the photos led to believe, smell of damp, grout in shower news mildew remover also overflow in sink needs toothbrush it was black , found rubbish and 5p under the bed. Also was told we could park outside and we received a parking ticket."
