My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. We stayed at the Ashburn Hotel for 2 nights as we had booked a concert at The Albert Hall. We were able to leave our cases at 10am when we arrived and we’re pleased to discover we had been upgraded to a double deluxe room when we booked in after our concert.
