Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The downside was an uncomfortable sleep due to the bed. After booking the room with a ‘large double bed’ I did not expect to be sleeping on two twin beds pushed together. This made for an very disturbed sleep as there were two single mattresses pushed together creating an unconventional divide through the middle of the bed. On one of the days, I put the sign out to get my room cleaned and it didn’t happen. That’s ok and all but when you’re paying over 300 pounds per night, that’s not cool. It would have been nice for them to give some sort of discount for that but the staff at the desk couldn’t. No welcome basket, housekeeping ignored do not disturb sign three days in a row. I patiently reminded them the DND is there for a reason but she continued. Would forget things such as leaving cleaning products behind or leaving the bathroom without t.paper. bathtub shower combo a death trip In the one bedroom apartments. Carpets shabby.
