"The room service is very poor. The room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. We called at the reception 2 days to get the dustbins cleaned and even I cleaned the dustbin myself one day. Also, there was a fight in a room on the same floor and there was foul smell of blood and waste everywhere for 2 days. No cleaning was done. Another thing, a glass broke in the room and i called reception to send someone to clean it, it took us 3 calls and 2 hours, when finally someone came to clean the floor at around 11:30 pm. "

"Food was very well pretended at certain restaurants, but overall food was great, the grounds were always well kept, security was excellent.. two ares that the overal expirence . 1 resception they seem mechanical and not engaging as the rest of the staff,2 reservations for restaurants are not effective n efficient, i think it it needs a second look on how to make it more patron friendly n efficient..Overall highly recommended the resort, all employees are super friendly. "

"Enjoyed our ocean, balcony room. Loved to stay on the water without having to stay in an all-inclusive, but have access to resort amenities, pool side dining, dining for each meal of choice, multiple pools and walking on the beach. Only downfall was the weeds, took away from the beauty of the beach. They did clean up one area, unsure how often they do this, as I know it is a large undertaking for the entire area."

"Property was very clean and well maintained. Pools were in great locations especially with kids. Food was excellent, with room service included. Great activities for kids and adults, glow party, silent DJ party. Restaurant reservations could be issue at times with families wanting early dinners."

"Terrible experience!! I’ve found a lot of ants inside the room. The staff mentioned that this is a problem that can’t be solved as is part of the environment!!!! The small fridge is useless. In the breakfast the salad was rotten. So not a very good quality. The pool is open until late at nigh, 10pm, but the lighting was insufficient. The parking is free but the places are limited. If you need the shuttle, the service is offered every hour, the last one is at 13:00."
