"We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, all of the appliances and amenities at this property. It's in a safe area and close to Broadway stores and restaurants. The host was prompt with communication and we will definitely stay here when we visit our family in Harlem again!"

"The property is as listed. There were ants in the bathroom however and the bigger issue is that the door became non-functional and the owner/team were confused about what door I was coming in. It seemed like they didn't understand English. So I'm at the outside door at about 1030 and couldn't get in until after midnight and the final fix was that there was another entry that I could have been in within 2minutes.
