Paid for an upgrade to a suite , well worth the money , had a a espresso machine on the kitchen area ! 😀 Waiters at breakfast were obliging , only 1 chef though , asked for veggie sausages , never came probably because he was run of his feet . Room wasn't cleaned till after 3 when we were in it and I asked the cleaner .

Great stay, friendly staff, great breakfast. Room ready from 12 so could check in earlier than stated. Room too cold when we arrived but soon rectified when we had got the hang of the air conditioning.

"Charming and convenient "
We were delighted with Malnaison in Glascow. Location is perfect, walking distance from both art galleries and nightlife, with a park nearby. Malnaison is in a tastefully renovated church. While the rooms aren't large, they had everything we needed. Charming staff willing to help with anything. As other have said, having a gourmet restaurant on premises is a real plus. Variety of prix fixe menus. Again attentive service Highly recommend.

"Fantastic view of George Square"
Excellent location! Great view. Big clean room. Hotel staff very friendly. The only thing was : we asked for wake up call for our early flight & never got it. Also, the baby cot they set up in our room was broken & in pretty bad shape.

"Magnificent hotel. Felt like royalty"
Beautifully decorated. Those parts more recently updated have hard beds, but every room I saw was fabulous. Even took a video for friends! Staff is fabulous, restaurant superb. Fireplaces, leather couches, old time elegance with modern amenities. Bar and whiskey bar are charming.

Great location but was noisy outside until late and then binmen were out working from 0500hrs. Double glazing and air conditioning would be of a great benefit to this hotel.

"Good hotel, very convenient to Glasgow Central."
It's a modern, large facility across the street from one of Glasgow's two most frequently used train stations. (The other one is within walking distance.) The hotel is relatively modern (80s-style) and full of light. We had a room looking over the street and it was interesting for people-watching. The residential part of Glasgow is some 15 blocks to the west, three minutes by cab. The commercial center is some 10 blocks to the east and north, totally walkable.

Front of house were courteous and efficient, room service arrived promptly and the breakfast options are fantastic. Thoroughly recommend this place as a place to stay if you are on business in the Glasgow area.
