The truth is that every feature you would want to be top quality in an outstanding hotel was exactly that during our stay! Friendly, helpful and polite staff made for a relaxing stay. Kitchen looked a bit tired with chipped worktops and it would be useful to have some drawers in the built in wardrobe areas for smaller items that don't need hanging. restaurant had good selection and food was good. Pool area, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were good."
