"Elim House is a cute little nook in Windermere to spend a few nights. Staff is lovely and kind, the room is clean and comfortable if not a bit small if you've got 2 bags. It's very close to lots of delicious spots to eat and a great hike just up the road a bit."

"Amazing stay ,staff couldnt have been more helpful. Breakfast was really good quality. View beautiful. The hotel is very central to everything and would highly recommend. Hope to go back at some stage. All staff made you feel welcome especially Annliya who was so helpful and knowledgable about area and nothing was a problem very kind person and amazing at her job."

"This hotel, as you would expect, is immaculate. Special notice must be given to the grounds keeping staff. I have never stayed at a property with such well-manicured flowers and fauna. It really added to the ambiance of the stay. Breakfast is wonderful, do take advantage of it. As for the dining, the menu was too over the top for us as a general statement. We find Michelin star or noted restaurants to be too adventurous for us, generally but we managed well enough. This is a very peaceful and supremely quiet house in the country."
