"Definitely not worth £500.. checkin reception, Lack of information given about hotel and room. Not guided and advised where exactly our so called.sweet was as different building to hotel. No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour. Checkin 3pm but out by 10.30am, when requested can we leave 11.30am reception said will be £30 you would think £500.for less then 24hours was enough. Don't...

We ate breakfast in the hotel everyday which was delicious & there was a fantastic choice of different dishes. The staff were all super friendly & helpful & the hotel is located near to all the restaurants, bars & shops in the area. I would love to return one day & try one of the other rooms"

"Lovely stay at the Westbourne, we were attending a wedding in the Lakes and stayed for 2 nights. The en suite was spotless, comfortable bed and pillows. We had breakfast on the second morning which was great value and quality. Really is great value for money, with friendly staff and an easy check in experience. Would definitely recommend."
