The room itself was OK but urgently needs updating paid for a family room. 1 double & 2 singles 1 of them was a foldout bed which was awfully uncomfortable my youngest struggled to sleep so he jumped into the double an I got in his bed and he wasn't wrong it really felt unstable the alarm clock was stianed yellow it look like it had been alive longer than me. 😂 (I'm 30) The room being a family room it had 2 cups the children had to go to the main building to get 2 more so they could have a drink, the tea an coffee facilities were enough for 2 people so they also asked for more! The bathroom was lovely looked like it had recently been redone but the room again old looking dirty carpets. No fridge in the room so couldn't buy food to prepare for the following day. Meals at the restaurant were very pricey for size you received breakfast was Ok great selection but the cooked breakfast left us wanting more the children had the same size breakfast as us and still eat more afterwards. Nobody's breakfasts were the same on our table 1 raw/very runny, some hard yolks, bacon was different I had 2 nice pieces my partner had what I would of said 1 piece of back bacon the kids had fatty bits also, I had a spoonful of beens bmthe kids had half a tin. Maybe we had a new chef that day but definitely not what I expected from the reviews. We wouldn't rush back as stayed in better for cheaper just a few doors away but isn't a bad hotel
