"I arrived after 5pm and had not realised Sykes cottages were dealing with the property. It took me two hours to get in because of email issues and also no one to get hold of after hours from Sykes. This needs looking into. The property itself was well worth the hassle I had been through and I will definitely go back for a second visit. It was clean and very quiet. Only issue was recycling I didn’t know what went where. Maybe a sheet telling you what to do. But apart from this would recommend."

"Beautiful views,so peaceful. Plenty of wildlife to watch and stunning walks and scenery. Property was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Highly recomended for a magical getaway."

"We had a lovely few days in this quaint cottage. There is everything you need and very close to the village pub, where they let us park our car, as not really ideal outside the cottage. Will definitely return if we go back to the Lake Distruct."
