"Price reflects the room. They upgraded us to a tower view room for free as we paid for 3 nights. The view was nice. The room however was 1990s. Old ripped carpet. No fridge. Drawers were old. Rusty bath chrome. Construction air hammers in lobby. Pros.... shower worked. Lots of hot water. Good food at restaurant but very expensive when you convert to Canadian $. Good view. Good elevators. Location is awesome....walking distance to many sites and the Tower tube to anywhere in city. Free water in your room."

"Everything about the hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there was an issue with the booking through Expedia, as the hotel had not received our reservation. Because of this, we had to wait until the standard check-in time, even though we had requested an earlier check-in. This caused some inconvenience, but overall the stay itself was pleasant."

"This hotel has an amazing location but it stops there. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The king bed is just two twin beds sandwiched together with a very uncomfortable seem in the middle. Mattresses are so old that the springs are gone. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Moths flying around the halls and annoying cleaning staff that still knocks when you have do not disturb sign on. I saw a very fast moving insect in my bathroom on the last day. Would not recommend staying here. AC and fridge both very loud. Toilet runs. Not sure how this is even 4 star"
