A great place to take a three day stopover on our way to the UK from Australia Luxury hotel Excellent facilities Fantastic staff Fabulous food Great value for money We upgraded and used the Horizon Club lounge which was excellent value (afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapés as well as tea / coffee available all day - all for a small fee above the cost of breakfast)
Well located for walking to the PETRONAS Towers, several shopping centres and the city bus tour stop only a few minutes from the hotel Only one hour in a taxi from the airport which was inexpensive
All in all a great place to relax and enjoy some of what Kuala Lumpur and its people have to offer
A wonderful hotel in a central location. Offered an upgrade to club status for a very good price. This allowed us breakfast, afternoon tea in the club lounge with all day soft drinks, coffee and tea and cocktails from 5pm to 7pm. We also had a room with a great view of the petronas towers. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and would do everything they could to be of assistance. The level of cleanliness was very high. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Breakfast provided for all cultures in a buffet style however could have been hotter. A buggy is available to take you to the petronas towers although it is about a 10 min walk. It is possible to get from the hotel to Bukit bintang through indoor walkways which can be a relief from the heat. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

"Very new hotel and got a superb view at 5 1st flr"
The place is very new and looks like we were the first one to use the room at 21st floor since it opened 3 days ago only at the time we checked in it was still ongoing furnishings and minor touch ups at the common areas.
5 1st floor is a must see view of Petronas towers and KL towers with an infinity pool and gym.
Good stay but need to highlight these few points that needs to be improved
First, I booked for 2 br with 2 king size beds but I got 1 with queen bed the reception didn't even bother to inform me that I didn't get what I have booked.
Second, the Air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was not working so I called the reception but seems like the person who answered doesn't understand English and just hang up on me so I tried to call again few more times but no one was answering anymore.
The Executive Room we stayed in was quite simply the most impressive hotel room we have ever had! Kitchen/Dining area, study room, lounge/tv area, 2 bathrooms, bedroom with king size bed, utility/storage room. All rooms were equipped with modern equipment and furniture. The staff were always very helpful and friendly and the food and wine we ordered through room service was good quality and reasonably priced. However, it's not all plain sailing for this hotel - we discovered that the hotel does not have a bar, so if you want to unwind in the evening with a beer or wine you will need to go out, or have it in your room using room service. We also thought the buffet breakfast was average for a hotel of this standard, and certainly not on par with the superb quality of the hotel room.
The Golden Triangle is comprised of Kuala Lumpur's commercial, shopping, and entertainment hubs located on three roads: Jalan Imbi, Jalan Sultan Ismail, and Jalan Raja Chulan. Within the Triangle, Bukit Bintang is considered to be the supreme shopping district, known for its entertainment and family recreation. The famous Petronas Twin Towers and the Suria KLCC Shopping Mall are in the city centre. Spreading out from the city centre are other destinations--for shopping (Parksons, Marks & Spencer), entertainment (Philharmonic Orchestra Hall), dining (Ampang Area), and business.
