The staff at this hotel were amazing. Everyone went out of their way to ask if we needed anything and were quick to help in any way they could. Everyone was personable at the restaurant, the bar and helping us hire a driver for a day trip to Melaka. We were well taken care of and made to feel welcome.

This hotel staff in KL made one of the best impressions of any hotel I've visited all over Asia. Outstanding customer service! From the young lady who checked us in upon arrival to the house keeping staff who cleaned the room spotless each day. A special thanks and acknowledgement goes to the Concierge staff who were always smiling and assisting us. Notably, the night manager, he was extremely considerate and accommodating each day of our stay. He remembers names like no other, which helps to make guests feel important and appreciated. He checked with us daily on our needs. He even made sure our ride to the airport was ready the day we left. Mr. Rajan is awesome and I want to recognize him for his part in making my trip to KL very memorable.
