Overall a good experience due to excellent location near Bukit Bintang Walk. The Spacious rooms and fully equiped kitchen with all electronics and cutlery gave a feeling of home away home. Children enjoyed 3 different pools and also jacuzzi. My kids also had good time in indoor and outdoor play area. Taxis were easily available which gave us easy access to attractions.

Best breakfast, 24 hours service very clean . 24 hours security key card to enter hotel in late hours and to use lift need key card which give guest extra peace of mind when come to safety.

The staff is very frindly and the hotel is excilent

beaitiful hotel with unpleasant serounding. Dirty Neighbourhood and noisy make this nice small hotel loose its charm.

Hallway are noisy. Room are not carpeted, so dragging of furniture can be unbearable. Get the upper floor and away from stairs exits.

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. From the time we checked in to check out, we were nothing but impressed with the service and experience provided by the Hotel. A special mention to Front Desk Mr. Reza. He was really warm and we immediately felt that we were in the good hands of a very caring and capable employee of the hotel. He even remembered our names when he met us at the lift lobby 2 days after we checked in and enquired if we were satisfied with our stay. Excellent service! Definitely will be back again.

It was a smooth sailing journey, from excellent hotel reservation through Expedia all the way to our hotel check in. Hotel was superb, great location, safe, clean and fabulous breakfast. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return! Great Choice, No Regrets!
