After one of the worst hotel 5-star hotel experiences in Bangkok Thailand, I arrived at the RuMa in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, complete restoring my faith . What an extraordinary hotel this is. Personalised, detailed and hospitality to the max. Beautifully designed and the best breakfast I have had anywhere! What a pleasure and I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you to the entire team!

We had a large room on the 17th floor which was extremely comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned efficiently every morning and a turndown service was provided every evening. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. An excellent breakfast was on offer from 6:30am at the mezzanine restaurant. The choice of food was extensive and the quality was excellent. Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers and handy for all our sight seeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

A charming hotel, finely decorated with a great location, an excellent and varied breakfast, and professional and friendly service. Beautiful property in the centre of KL. It is a 10min walk to Bukit Bintang. Service was excellent throughout our stay and staff were polite whenever we saw them. Room was really nice with wooden floorings and automatic blackout curtains. Would definitely come back again if we visit KL.

Not my choice for as I prefer faded charm but friend who likes 5 * put this as his favourite hotel ever. Based on effort & attention to detail. Room good pool area excellent, breakfast & staff. KL is a horrible walking city but as Petronas Towers nearby this part of city has good walk ways from Station to 7 11 near hotel. Some locals ignore Red Lights
