"Let's take the pros first. Both hosts I met were very welcoming and helpful. The wifi is somewhat ok. But that's it! Mildly put, the place needs renovation. The list of things that are bad there is too long to list here. The previous reviews cover them pretty well. To be fair, they are building a new bar downstairs and maybe they'll will improve the huts as well but until good reviews start ticking in, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. "Bad. Worst hotel stay that I had in Malaysia. Have cockroaches; TV without functionable remote control and noisy due near to tram track. The most unacceptable event was the front desk took my ID and Credit Card out of my sight to their main office for more than 10 minutes for the purpose on photocopying these documents for their verification purposes with my booking with Hotels.com. I am considering canceling this Credit Card to avoid possible scam transaction."
