"Great location in Bukit Bintang"
We recently returned from 7 nights at this hotel. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to Lot 10, Farenheit, Pavillion and SungWei Plaza, even with 2 small kids. None of the taxi drivers know where this hotel is by name though, so easier to just get dropped at Lot10 and walk the short distance back to the hotel. It was great to have a self contained apartment. On first appearance it all looks nice, but on closer inspection the whole complex is starting to get a bit tired. Take your own shampoo/conditioner if you don't like a 3in1 cleaner. The kids pool was not usable for the first 5 days we were there which was disappointing. Our package included breakfast, but for the first 3 days there was some sort of renovation at the restaurant so we were brought breakfast in our rooms - these were not good. They were cold (eggs, baked beans, toast, sausage) and came after 9am which is not good for small kids who are starving by that time. But, once we were able to have breakfast in the restaurant it was good - I don't know what other people have been complaining about. There was fruit, pastries, cereal, baked beans, sausages, an Asian dish (fried rice, kway teow etc), tea, coffee, juice, plus they would make eggs for you. More than enough for the average westerner. Excellent security guards at the complex.
