This is the first time I've been to KL.
We arrived at the hotel about 6.00 - 7.00 PM.
We didn't expect the new airport (KL2) would be so far away from the city, however we were warned that it would be about 45 to 50 minutes away from our hotel. It was a nice trip through big spacious motorway with reasonable traffic.
We arrived at the hotel about 6.00 - 7.00 in the evening & it was only 20 minutes before we were shown to our rooms due to the fact that we had an extra family members to join us to stay at the hotel. No extra charges apart from daily breakfast to pay as we have 2 rooms booked for the original 3 of us.
Centre city of KL is a lively city, I'll go back there anytime.
We were pleased to be told at check-in that our room had been upgraded, but disappointed to find that myself, my daughter and her 5 y.o. son were expected to all sleep in the one king size bed. After a long flight, and having been told that the hotel was fully booked, it was not worth an argument. I do, however, feel that consideration should be given to the occupants of the room which was booked well in advance for 2 adults and 1 child. We made do, but this arrangement certainly took the shine off our stay
Overall, it was a good stay. Room was pleasant with basic amenities. There were slight problems with the lift regarding the hotel card i.e. card was not very sensitive. Breakfast was good, services were good. Would come again.

Stayed The Level room (17th floor) was relatively pleasant but making up of room and the air-condition of the room can be improved. Room was not make-up till 3.30pm and the air-con of the room was not really cold even it was set at level 3 @ 20deg.
The Level's Manager attended to me during my 2 nights stay was very friendly and approachable.
In conclusion, The Level room i stayed is relatively alright and strongly believe further improvement can made.
