"Fabulous hotel in a great location connected to Central Station and Sentral Shopping Mall. Easy walk from airport train through the terminal to the hotel lobby.
Wonderful staff, next level service. Everyone we met was polite and helpful.
At first glance the room appeared dated, just older style but nicely presented and very clean. The room was huge, very comfortable bed and an ensuite that could be closed off or completely open so you could see the city lights from the bath and shower! Housekeeping each day with lovely fresh sheets and clean fluffy towels. Such a treat.
The breakfast buffet was amazing. Incredible range of foods both hot and cold. Variety over the 5 mornings too. Restaurant staff were friendly and engaging even at 6am!
Hotel facilities were fabulous. Gym and Spa available and 5 in house restaurants if you wanted to dine in. Loved lounging by the pool which was generous in size with plenty of space for all.
Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service and value for money. Would definitely book again."
