The staff didn’t get the information, even not clear about the breakfast is for 2 pax I have 2 toddlers kids to check in especially late tonight over 11pm but the staff is just so ignorant, even made the kids and me wait so long and sleepy....

The whole experience from check in to check out was excellent. 1. The check in was fast and the front desk staff was friendly and fast and detailed with their information 2. The room was nice and comfortable and very clean. The room was well stocked including towels, toiletries and a mini bar. We also found some hand sanitizer and a mask provided in the room which was a great touch given the current pandemic we are experiencing. The hotel is also quiet and we didn't experience any disturbances. 3. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options. the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they have glass covers on the food which is great in preventing the spread of COVID19. 4. The buffet dinner at the restaurant was also the same style as the breakfast, lots of options and friendly staff 5. The check out was fast and easy and again very friendly and professional staff. We were offered a complimentary coffee upon leaving which is a nice final touch. Thank you Le Meridien for your service, you deserve the 5 star rating because our experience was impeccable! I highly recommend this hotel.
